Trenton Fellowship

Each year members from Holy Light Baptist Church travel from Los Angeles, CA to Trenton, NJ in March for the Pastoral Anniversary Celebration of Reverend Darrell Armstrong. In return, members from Shiloh Baptist Church - Trenton, NJ travel 3,000 miles to fellowship with Holy Light for the Church Anniversary Celebration.

This year 62 members from Shiloh came to the West Coast to help Holy Light Celebrate 55 Years of Church Ministry. Following a 2-night Revival (with Spirit-filled,inspirational and educational messages delivered by Pastor Armstrong Thursday/Friday); on Saturday, many went sight-seeing, shopping and enjoyed a great Holy Light cook-out (with a variety of delicious foods prepared by members) and swimming at the home of the Bertha and Johnnie Roper.

A great time was had by all, with three Spiritual Sons of Holy Light: Rev. Robby Simpson (8:00 AM), Rev. D. Armstrong (11:00 AM) and Rev. Kenneth Pitchford (3:30 PM)  delivering powerful and Spirit-filled messages for the culminating services.

Holy Light's "Totally Committed to Christ Praise Dancers"

"Totally Committed To Christ Praise Dancers" attended "Thee Liturgical Dance Conference" (Sandra Shackelford, organizer)  July 18-19th at Citizen of Zion Baptist Church - Compton, CA. 

During this conference they were instructed on Liturgical theoretically and choreographically. At the Friday night concert they ministered in dance to "At The Altar".
