    Join your sisters to Rejoice, Rejuvenate and Refresh to discover the joys of living as a Virtuous Woman on the beautiful grounds of the Forest Home Christian Centers located in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains.

    2023 Holy Light MBC Woman of the Year


    Congratulations to our much deserved 2023 Holy Light MBC Woman of the Year. We had a blessed service at our 2023 Women’s Day with a powerful word from Elder Barnesa ChaReed from the Everlasting True Vine MBC in Los Angeles. Thanks to our Chairlady Sis. Traci Hollis and co chairlady Sis. Michelle Davis for a work well done.


    Church Property Improvements


    We are moving forwards with church repairs this week that include to the entry track on the entry to the outside gates, replacing the garbage disposal, drainage pump debris and line cleared to resolve flooding in fellowship hall and other minor repairs in the sanctuary. In addition the repacement of the sanctuary and fellowship hall entry doors will begin soon.

      Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church will be here with their Music Ministry and the powerful proclaimer of the Gospel, Pastor Joshua M. Daniels bringing the word on July 6th at 7pm. Our own Pastor Darrell L. Armstrong will bring the Sunday 10:00am message. There will be a fellowship meal following the service. We are asking each member for a $100.00 love offering anniversary donation.

      The California State Baptist Convention, Inc. will be holding its 2023 In-Person Congress of Christian Education Annual Session in the vibrant city of Long Beach, California. This session will take place Tuesday, July 18th thru Thursday, July 20th and the convention will be hosted at the Christ Second Baptist Church located at 1471 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, Long Beach, CA (Rev. Welton Pleasant, II, host pastor).


      This year's theme is: "Repositioning the Local Church for Maximum Impact" I Thessalonians 2:19-20 and Colossians 2:6-7


      This convention will include a range of workshops covering topics such as church growth, church development, the role of the church in mental health, and much more. We are honored to have you join us for what promises to be an unforgettable gathering.

      There are also plans underway to install new entry sanctuary door. Also remodeling the baseboards and other improvements on the exterior to be done before the end of the year.
